In-Person Application Submission For Land Adjudication Available

Barbados Revenue Authority Announcements


The Barbados Revenue Authority advises members of the Barbados Bar Association (BBA) that in addition to receiving Land Tax Adjudication submissions via email, we will accommodate over-the-counter submissions from Wednesday, March 9, 2022.  This process will be facilitated at our office on the 2nd Floor, Weymouth Corporate Centre, Roebuck Street. This location will be open for this purpose only.

As a reminder, the documents required for the Adjudication Process are as follows:

  1. the completed Prescribed Land Adjudication Form;
  2. a conveyance or lease;
  3. a completed, signed and dated Notice of Change of Ownership;
  4. a completed, signed and dated 12A Application Form;
  5. a Land Tax Clearance Certificate;
  6. a survey plan; and
  7. any other supporting documents.

NB: Please do not visit our location to complete adjudications already submitted by email.
