Barbados Revenue Authority Press Releases
Renovation Notice
The Barbados Revenue Authority has temporarily relocated its Customer Service Department at the Treasury Building to the 4th Floor while renovation works are being carried out on the Ground Floor.
Communications Manager, Carolyn Williams-Gayle, shared that the Authority’s main priority was ensuring that customers can continue to receive services at this location.
“We want to limit the impact on operations so we have relocated the Customer Service Department to the 4th Floor as this is the most efficient option at this time,” she explained.
Williams-Gayle said that the renovations formed part of the Authority’s overall plans to enhance service delivery.
“This section is the first point of contact for many people and these renovation works are part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to improve service delivery. We have undertaken renovations at our offices in Holetown, the Pine and some at the Treasury Building and now we are continuing those works with the Ground Floor renovation,” she shared.
“We expect that when these works are completed, the section will be more comfortable, visually appealing and the flow of customers through the department significantly enhanced.”
