Villa owners are eligible for a 25% rebate.
A “villa” means a house that:
- Has at least three (3) bedrooms and is valued at not less than $525,000.00;
- Is managed by a local company or real estate agent, and employs no less than three (3) persons;
- Is registered with the Barbados Tourism Product Inc;
- Is available for the accommodation of guests for reward for at least nine (9) months in every year.
Documents to Produce
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Proof of Registration with the Barbados Tourism Product Inc.
