Land Tax Deadline Quickly Approaching
*Updated August, 2023 - Taxpayers have just a few more days to clear their 2022-2023 Land Tax bills by the March 31, 2023 deadline to avoid a penalty of 5% plus 1% interest per month.
The Authority is encouraging persons to utilise the BRA's online Land Txa portal at https://bill.bra.gov.bb.
Over-the-counter transactions are facilitated at the Authority’s Holetown, Bridge St. Mall, Pine, Warrens Tower II and Oistins locations. Additionally, in-person payments can be made at any SurePay outlet or SurePay online.
Persons can access their bills and receipts (including past years) online in the Land Tax portal. Additionally, owners who have not received their 2022-2023 Land Tax bill in the mail, can access and download their bill on the portal or visit any customer service location at Holetown, Bridge St. Mall or Warrens.
