Public Notice: Fraudulent Emails Posing as BRA

The Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) is advising members of the public to be on alert for fraudulent emails currently being circulated claiming to be from the Authority.

The emails falsely reference an “Official Notification Regarding Your Tax Account” and are not legitimate communications from the BRA. The messages also display a logo that does not belong to the Authority. Members of the public are strongly advised of the following:

❌ Do NOT click any links
❌ Do NOT respond or share any information
✔️ Delete the email immediately

Taxpayers are reminded to verify official BRA communications through the Authority’s official channels.
