Filing and Payment of Corporation Tax Returns – Administrative Extension for Income Year 2025
The Barbados Revenue Authority advises that the Corporation Tax (CIT) return for income year 2025 is now available in TAMIS.
To ensure taxpayers have adequate time to file, companies with fiscal year-ends between January 1 and September 30 have been granted an extension:
Payment deadline: March 27, 2026
Filing deadline: April 15, 2026
*Entities that conduct Relevant Activity and are subject to Economic Substance Requirements under the Income Tax Act, Cap. 73 should also complete and upload the Economic Substance Schedule (form).
Companies are encouraged to prepare their returns early and submit all required information by the revised deadlines.
