BRA: Property Auctions Postponed

The Barbados Revenue Authority advises that the properties advertised for auction on April 5, 2023 have been postponed to June 5, 2023. Just over 40 percent of the owners of the properties advertised, have reached out to make arrangements to settle their accounts. Additionally, some of the remaining property owners have contacted the Authority to advise of various challenges.

This listing was the first batch of 41 properties identified for auction in relation to property taxes owed in excess of 10 years. The Authority intends to publish further lists in executing its enforcement programme.
