BRA Weymouth and Warrens Payment Locations Re-open

(Bridgetown, April 21, 2020) The Barbados Revenue Authority will reopen the Weymouth Corporate Centre and Warrens Towers II locations to facilitate limited transactions from Wednesday, April 22, 2020. This is to further enable payments in relation to PAYE, VAT and income tax during the period of the curfew.

The offices will open from 9 am to 1 pm and will follow the recommended physical distancing protocols. The Authority reminds the public that payments for licensing transactions remain suspended during the period.

The other options available for making payments to the Authority during the curfew are by submitting cheque payments in the drop boxes at Warrens and Weymouth or through online banking platforms.

Cheque payments using the drop boxes must be placed in a sealed envelope and must be accompanied by the Electronic Payment Advice (EPA) or a note detailing the TIN or Map Reference Number, tax type and tax period or tax year.

Alternately, taxpayers can make payments through their online banking platform by adding the Barbados Revenue Authority as a payee for transferring funds. The Authority’s account details can be found at www.bra.gov.bb/Pay under Bank/Wire Transfers.
