Employers, Churches, Trade Unions and Others Reminded of Upcoming Deadline
(Bridgetown, February 22, 2022) The Barbados Revenue Authority is reminding third-party information providers including employers, churches, trade unions, pension entities and financial institutions of the Monday, February 28, 2022 deadline to upload all relevant third-party information for the 2021 income year.
Third-party providers are advised that as 2021 Income Tax filing begins, their failure to file all relevant third-party returns will negatively impact individuals.
Third-party providers who have yet to file these returns, are implored to collate all required information as soon as possible in an effort to meet the deadline. This information includes the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) along with wage, salary or other emolument amounts paid to employees or other persons.
When filing, providers have the option of bulk-filing by using the Excel templates, which are useful when filing information for more than one person, or the web form directly in TAMIS. Download templates HERE.
All 2021 third-party returns are to be filed online in TAMIS at https://tamis.bra.gov.bb.
