Applying for Estate Clearance

An Estate Clearance is required under Section 28(3) of the Succession Act Cap. 249 prior to the distribution of the assets of the estate.

When applying for an estate clearance, the following documents must be submitted.

  • Completed and signed application form
  • Letters of Administration/ letters of testamentary
  • Death Certificate
  • Copy of Will (If any)

These documents should be submitted online in TAMIS or via email to Alternatively, the application and documents may be submitted via the drop boxes at our locations.
